Sharekhan - AVP - Proposition Development & Alliances

What are we looking for :

- Graduate/PG, with minimum of 5-7 years work experience

- We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience in proposition management, marketing, and/or loyalty programme management. This is not restricted to the field of financial services.

- Any exposure to HNI clients and their buying behavior is an added plus.

- The candidate should posses the ability to work with teams, and in a co-dependent culture.

- He/she should be able to think creatively, and be experimentative.

- Strong communication skills

What does the job entail -

- Creating the proposition in India

- Taking this to market via pilot programmes

- Interaction with alliance partners for development of the features and benefits in the proposition

- Identifying opportunities to enhance the offering continuously, at the same time managing the associated costs.

- Interaction with the RMs and customers for feedback and improvement
