Sharekhan - AVP - NRI Desk - PCG

Direct Responsibilities:

- The main responsibility of this role is to achieve the Business Target for the assigned Region. This will be Broking along with other products launched by Sharekhan from time to time by up-selling and cross-selling to existing / acquired clients of Dubai Desk.

- Responsibility will also be to have right team and training of the team on Product and Selling Skills.

- Revenue achievement through broking and other products launched by the Sharekhan from time to time.

- Responsible for the above mentioned businesses in the given geography

- Hire, train and retain the team in their respective work areas

Contributing Responsibilities:

- Achievement of business & revenue targets in the given geography

- Handle the assigned channels in a very effective and seamless manner

- Providing support to RM in product selling

- Need to assess the new product and preference of this segment client and try to come up with new business / product opportunity
