Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related initiatives and decisions.

- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Salesforce platform in alignment with organizational goals.

- Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring clear communication and effective delegation.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers and business leaders, to understand requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

Salesforce Application Development:

- Oversee the design and implementation of customized Salesforce applications.

- Establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables for development projects.

- Ensure the scalability and adaptability of Salesforce solutions to meet future business needs.

Workflow and Process Optimization:

- Design intuitive and efficient workflows to enhance user experience and streamline operations.

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices across the platform.

- Provide guidance on user role assignments, ensuring proper access levels and security protocols.

Testing and Maintenance:

- Conduct thorough testing to validate the stability and functionality of new and existing applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application errors promptly to minimize disruptions.

- Regularly monitor platform performance and implement updates or patches as needed.

Documentation and Training:

- Prepare detailed documentation for all Salesforce processes, solutions, and configurations.

- Deliver training sessions and ongoing support to Salesforce users, fostering a culture of self-sufficiency and efficiency.

Data Integrity and Security:

- Ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of Salesforce applications and associated data.

- Regularly audit user roles and permissions to align with organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational and Professional Background:

- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce application development, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial capacity.

Leadership and Interpersonal Skills:

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.

Project Management Skills:

- Experience in planning, executing, and managing Salesforce projects from inception to completion.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Advanced Administrator) - please provide certification details with your application.
