Shanker Group - General Manager - Sales

We are an auto-distributor and are looking for an individual looking to learn business more than just doing their job. The candidate should be willing to work as an owner and we are willing to reward the candidate like one.

The JD will entail:

1. Channel Partner Management for over a 100 dealers

2. Product and dealer promotions throughout Nepal

3. New Network Development

4. Co-ordination with marketing, service, finance and spares for effective dealer handling

The main role is to be able to take responsibility for the whole sales team reporting to him and be able to train and motivate them to be able to accomplish the above mentioned jobs.
