Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development of Luxury Personal Care products.
- Hands on experience in Sales Strategies, Market Research, Retail Marketing and developing news lines of Business.
Pointers for this position:
- Someone who has worked on Shankara type pf products and sold them to luxury hotels and high end Spas.
- He must have national exposure. Willing to travel PAN India.
- The person must be capable of setting up and managing team of sales, training and marketing for this luxury segment of products.
- Smart and excellent communication, polished
- He must be presentable and confident to present himself/herself to high end Institutions and Hotels.
- Based in Bangalore - 1st preference or Delhi - 2nd preference
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities and develop new client base.
- Analyze markets, evaluating potential and making business recommendations.
- Build a long term association with clients and achieve sales targets
- Responsible for developing and executing business/marketing plans and work on the execution of such agreed plans to align and maximize the marketing and sales efforts.
- Creativity and ingenuity in developing successful sales strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors on a regular basis.
- Conduct market study and developing strategies accordingly.
- Responsible for customer relationship management.
- Coordinate marketing activities for promotion of business.
