Responsibilities to be handled:

- Responsible to take over all charge of all IR activities.

- Negotiation with unions

- Wage settlement

- Contract Labour Management

- Domestic Inquiry

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Strong experience in dealing with unions

- In depth knowledge of labour laws.

- Strong problem solving & negotiation skill

- Should have strong hold on Gujarati language (reading, writing, speaking)

Education: MSW / MLW / MHRM / MBA - HR

Experience: 13+ years

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Salary: As per industry standard
