Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Oversight:
- Ensure alignment of curriculum delivery with CBSE/Cambridge standards.
- Collaborate with academic heads to enhance teaching methodologies and student learning outcomes.
2. Administrative Leadership:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the primary, middle, and high school sections.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to teaching staff, ensuring high-quality education delivery.
3. Student Welfare:
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that prioritizes student well-being.
- Implement and oversee effective student discipline and support systems.
4. Parent and Community Engagement:
- Establish and maintain effective communication with parents.
- Collaborate with community stakeholders to enhance school programs and initiatives.
5. Professional Development:
- Facilitate continuous professional development for teaching and administrative staff.
- Stay abreast of educational trends, innovations, and advancements.
6. Admissions and Outreach:
- Contribute to the admission process, ensuring alignment with the school's educational philosophy.
