Business Development, Portfolio Management, New Product & Promotional Product Sourcing
- New Product Identification and Pipeline planning for selected market/s.
- Evaluation and selection based on technical and commercial feasibility
- In-depth assessment of Market, treatment guidelines, competition, pricing, regulatory environment, unmet needs etc
- Coordinate with country teams, in-house functional teams to build consensus on chosen product grid.
- Drive the Decision on Feasibility on new product in the portfolio with Marketing and technical team.
- Build complete business cases for identified product opportunity including forecasting, growth rate, pricing strategy, competition, patent landscape etc based on the sensitivity of the business case
- Preparation of project product proposals and seek approval from the Management
- 3rd Party supplier identification & evaluation based on technical and commercial feasibility for new products
- Perform artworks checks for new products
- Get new promotional product ideas, suitable to existing & new range of products
- Vendor Identification & evaluation based on technical and commercial feasibility for Promotional Products
- Coordinate with 3rd party suppliers to timely delivery of New Products & Promotional Products
- Co-ordinate with Business Development & manage short & long term projects (cost saving, feasibility projects) as delegated
- Handle 3rd Party negotiations
- Act as a single point of contact for all new product needs
- Responsible for program and project management activities for current and new projects.
- Project plan preparation and monitoring the project with respect to time , quality and delivery and ensure action planning for project issues and tracking for closure
- Co-ordination with internal team like FR&D, QA, RA, Purchase etc to understand the dossier development timelines
- Ensure Structured communication plan and implementation by review meetings , preparing MOM
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Anticipate, Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Maintain records of all reviews, Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation,
- Travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management
