Job Description:

Head of the tender cell:

- Shortlisting of eligible tenders for roads, Buildings and other infrastructure projects.

- Study of the shortlisted listed tenders and preparing synopsis.

- Obtaining approval from the management to bid

- Once Approved, organizing site visit-evaluation of distance, approach, availability of land, and other local condition/issues.

- Ascertaining the rates for specialized items-MEP and others.

- Meeting with client to understand any other issues in the projects.

- Study of tender documents, highlighting critical conditions and preparing bill of quantities (BOQ) overhead, financing cost etc. and Bid Price.

- Collecting the historical data of previous tender-rates etc.

- Presentation of working to the management for approval of the bid price.

- Preparation of the Zero budget, if the work is awarded.

Qualification & Experience:

- Min Graduate in Civil Engineering from any Govt Engineering College.

- Min 10 Yrs experience as head of the tender call/dept. in a reputed contracting company
