Shalaz - Technical Lead/Chief Technology Officer

About the Organization:

At Shalaz, we are trying to redefine the learning model for primary and middle grades students using best of pedagogical innovations and cutting edge technology. We are an early stage ed-tech start-up in the process of building our early team. Passionate as a problem solver & software engineer

- At least 2 year(s) of working experience solving complex problem through technology (best practices, how it works internally, patterns, refactoring)

- Understand to test your code (unit and integration test),

- Good understanding with database (structure, optimization, tuning)

- Experience with scaling web application, know the basic of Linux administration

- Have some experiences in deploying to production environment

- Experience in working with JavaScript frameworks like angularjs, reactjs, vuejs, emberjs, Angularjs preferable. Object oriented programming experience preferable.

Roles and responsibility:

- Structure and lead the design and development of system capabilities that empower Shalaz business organization, aligning with business stakeholders and cross-functional partners to solve for business goals using technology.

- Define requirements and lead the team's efforts towards delivery, ensuring that everything we release is tested, launched, communicated, and adopted effectively.

- Collect and analyze data to inform strategic decisions, and communicate insights to build consensus across cross-functional teams.

- Land releases successfully by working with stakeholders to provide comprehensive documentation, training, troubleshooting, and support.

- Have to build various products from scratch
