Position Summary -
We are looking for mid-to-senior level Folks with a hunger for impact and passion in education space. As an Manager of this function, you will lead Business fulfillment which covers lead life cycle management along with matching supply demand and finally service fulfillment. Your responsibilities will range from defining processes and create structure to handle operations.
As an early team member, be prepared to do whatever it takes to design smooth processes to seamlessly connect students with teachers and ensure smooth delivery of classes.
Core Responsibilities -
- Develop process flow for lead life cycle management
- Create Process flow for parent side communications regarding scheduling of classes and students progress overtime
- Create processes to solve class scheduling concerns
- Create QC and training module for teachers
Key Skills and Competencies :
- Basic understanding of setting up processes for sales and Operations
- Ability to design engaging and effective sales strategy
- Ability to design scalable process flows
- Ability to effectively operate independently and as part of a team in a high-intensity, high-uncertainty start-up environment, with a results-oriented culture
- A desire to receive and act on feedback
