Job Title: General Manager-HR
Experience / Qualifications:
- Ideally MBA from a reputed business school. 15+ years of experience in manufacturing Industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- should handle IR functions at various levels, from established set-ups to start-ups, and across whole spectrum of HR processes.
- Process mapping, analysis, redesign and optimization of steady-state processes
- Designing and implementing various OD Interventions programs
- Should handle end to end recruitment which involves mass hiring for production.
- Should handle end to end HR initiatives for all employees in order improve performance and build capability and commitment to the organization
- Benchmark HR practices and develop innovative initiatives and program
- Systemic knowledge management initiatives for development of talent to run the business effectively
- Compliance activities involving wage and salary administration, ESI, PF, Court Cases, Domestic inquiries and liasoning with the concerned government bodies and well versed with social compliance issue.
- IR Activities, Implementing disciplinary norms & standards for minimizing violations of rules & regulations.
Ensuring statutory compliance at all levels through liaison with Govt., external agencies & offices etc. attending inspectors under various labor legislation, filing returns etc.
Desired Profile:
- Candidate should be from Manufacturing industry (preferably from garment/Textile Industry.)
- Strong team-player and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, ability to influence internal & external customers.
Compensation: Negotiable as per industry standards
