OD projects - "Employee Engagement" & " Creating Competency framework & Mapping" Deliver Behavioural / Soft skills Training sessions to Junior, Mid-Junior, and Mid-Level.
Managers
To carry out organisation-wide TNA (Training Need Analysis) and validate the findings Evaluating Training impact
Support ongoing OD projects in our units.
Create & execute a Coaching framework and build a "Coaching culture" in the organization
Other activities:
To initiate a dialogue across teams and identify the key areas of development - Conceptualise and customise the training content to meet Biz & operational objectives - Engage "instructional design team" to finalise & create content while executing the training session
Regular engagement with Senior Leadership while carrying out the developmental work
Play a key role in creating a robust strategy in upscaling the existing culture of the organization
Total Experience: 15- 25yrs
Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
Fluency in Kannada is a must.
