Primary Responsibility: To support in labour compliances for all locations where Shadowfax have operations and enforced the relevant labour and employment laws.

Skills/Attributes:

- Should have knowledge and hands on experience in labor law compliances like PF, ESIC, Shops Establishment act , CLRA , Minimum wages , Gratuity , Bonus Act etc..

- Willing to learn other labor compliances; applicable across PAN India.

- Should be able to handle Statutory Compliance reports related to Labour Authorities and present them as per compliance requirements.

- Ensure that all statutory compliances are completed accurately and as per compliance check list across all locations.

- Responsible to collect and verify the required documents from respective locations and business units as per compliance requirements.

- Prepare compliance documents and database as per requirements under various labor laws and extend it to compliance partner/vendor.

- Facilitate as compliance help desk to employees for general compliance related queries-PF, UAN, ESIC, Minimum Wages etc.

- Ability to do Liaising with labour offices.

- Ability to do periodic audits across multiple locations as per compliance check list.

- Coordinate with training department and facilitate the compliance trainings to hub/DCs.

- Skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team to progress department initiatives across all locations.

- Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines

- Strong follow-ups and coordination skills till task closure.

- Prior experience with of the following will be considered an added advantage:

1. Handling labor compliances at multiple locations/states.

2. Knowledge of the logistics industry and relevant compliance process.

3. Expertise in generating various types of MIS, reports and compliance check lists.

Essentials:

- Should have 10 to 12 years of experience. Minimum 6-7 year's work experience in statutory compliance handling with multiple states.

- Good English Communication.

- Hindi - essential

- Should be able to handle labor compliances, reports/MIS and trainings coordination for multi locations/states and willing to travel.

- Self-motivated and team player.

- Male candidate will be preferred.
