Senior Manager - Control Tower

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of 4-5 control tower managers and drive critical operations metrics (for e-commerce)

- Program manage new initiatives and projects within the region

- Create excellent weekly/monthly performance summary documents to be shared with leadership teams

- Work on business plans and proposals with a thorough, data-driven approach

- Work with the regional head for making annual operating plans

An Ideal candidate would :

- Should be able to work with data and derive insights

- Have excellent program management skills

- Possess excellent presentation/document creation skills

- Have a bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 college (MBA is an added advantage)
