Responsibilities of a Manager - Site Control Tower:

- Actively identify and investigate operational issues, escalate or provide resolution & follow-up with end users.

- Working on various reports and performing timely activities for smooth functioning of operations.

- Knowledge related to Logistics, warehousing, Line-haul, etc would be an added advantage.

- The person should be able to tackle work pressure and should be effective in terms of dealing with diversified operational situations as well.

- Ability to convert issues reported by operations team into proper RCA for respective stakeholders to understand and work.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Should be Pleasant, professional, courteous personality.

- Should be able to analysis the data from dashboard in order to minimize/reduce overall losses

- Should be able to control and manage overall site pendency.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.

- Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfilment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.

- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed.

- Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention.

- Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.

Required skilled-set & expertise:

- Experience in Warehouse Management/ Operations

- Knowledge & Understanding of E-commerce/Logistics would be preferable

- 5 to 7 Years of Work Experience

- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues reported by site teams.

- Good Data-analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills are must.

- Good Knowledge on MS-Excel.
