Manager - Line Haul

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Service Level Performance

- To ensure tracking of vehicles 24/7

- To plan the roster for the tracking team

- To place the adhocs on requirement

- To monitor vendor performance & arranging weekly meetings

- To identify the low performing lanes and preparing an action plan along with the vendor to improve the performance

- Identify lanes with high touch points , analyze the load factor and suggest alternate route plans

- Vehicle compliance review with the vendor every month

- Identify the frequent breakdown vehicles in the network and propose of vehicle change

- To plan for a lane visit of low performing lanes to understand the ground challenges

- Responsible for Ambulance and Pitstop projects

- New vendor onboarding/scale up
