Role: POD Owner
Purpose of Role: To improve the business in their designated POD, expand the business & manage P&L, uphold the customer centricity & generate revenue
Roles & Responsibilities:
P&L Management
- Overseeing & Responsible for the P&L of the respective POD in coordination with SZM & ground team
- Building strategies & processes to reduce discrepancy in COD Deposit in coordination with ZM & SZM
- Ensure to run the business in hubs as per the allocated budget for manpower, infrastructure
- Maintaining the productivity of the hubs & delivery partners in coordination with the SZM to increase the revenue
- People & Manpower Management
- Analyzing the performance on ground through dashboard and create manpower planning
- Ensure to run the business in hubs as per the allocated budget for manpower, infrastructure
- Understanding reasons for attrition & building strategies to reduce the attrition rate in sync with the SZM & HI
- Forecasting manpower allocation in the hubs & cities basis the analyzes of projection
- Mentoring & Training the SZM & HIs on processes & compliances
- Maintaining stability of employee in the team & reduce attrition rate
- Creating pipeline for the delivery partners basis the volume of shipment with the vendors
Expansion of Business:
- Synchronize with the sales team & vendors to increase the volume for hubs in specific regions with low volume
- Responsible for expansion of business in self-operated & franchise hubs in coordination with the SZM & Central Team
Performance Management:
- Closely monitoring & managing the operational performance of hubs on daily basis & providing feedback to the SZM on performance improvement
- Building new strategies & processes for improvement of performance in ground level
- Associating with the POD CT Team for data analysis & planning the performance of the team
- Ensure internal growth of the employee through career development
- Achieving the targets of P&L, Performance & Revenue with coordination with the SZM, HI
Escalation Management:
- Resolving the escalation received from higher management & customers with the SZM & HIs
- Resolving the salary issues raised for the SZM & HI with coordination with the HR Team

Requisites / Prerequisites:
- Graduate from Tier 1/2 Engineering or Management colleges
- 5+ years of overall experience with Ecommerce/ Logistics/ Supply chain organizations.
