Title : Operations Manager  Role :   - To manage a team of approx 100 Relationship Managers + 10 Support Staff and deliver Service, Revenue and Employee metric consistently  Responsibilities :   For leading matrimonial website business, the candidate is responsible for :  - Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.  - Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.  - Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.  - Delivery of SLAs for all Operations   - Handling Escalations   - Daily service Review  - Monitor and review monthly process statistics report with HOD  - Customer satisfaction Ratings  - Service Improvement Plan  - Involved in Process Audit  - Maintaining consistent Service Quality  - Analyzing data and set action plans for productivity improvement   - Planning staffing  - Serving as liaison between Customers and Product Development Team to ensure better product & service  - Working closely with the Engineering team for Complaint Resolution, Developing MIS and Reports   - Ensure timeliness in reporting and issue handling  - Reward and recognize top performers and issue improvement action plans for members in PIP  - Working closely with Quality to identify training needs & referring candidates for undergoing programmes   - Managing and Mentoring team members  - Responsible for end to end support  - Responsible for User Account management (SELECT) - operations & quality monitoring  Requirements :   - At least 5 years experience as Team Leader or 2 yr AM experience or experience as Operations Manager  - Strong background and work experience in Operations.  - Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access  - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.  - Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.  - Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.  - Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment   - Excellent people manager, open to direction and + Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done  - Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.  - Ability to look at situations from several points of view  - Persuasive with details and facts  - Delegate responsibilities effectively  - High comfort level working in a diverse environment  - Should be a Graduate, MBA preferred  Location : Delhi
