Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for handling the Global Markets business and delivering against all matrices
- Analyse customer insights and behaviour, customer personas, and consumer trends
- The person should be capable of data mining and analysis and also have an eye for Creative work, as he/she will be required to plan activities & work with the Creative agencies
- Interact with Sales teams to understand key challenges and opportunities, create an action plan to address them
- Develop holistic marketing campaigns to strengthen the brand recall and consideration in the specific markets
- Network management and delivering all networks
- Partner commercial team in managing the brand support budget and ensuring that brand spends across activities are within the overall agreed support budget
- MIS generation for monitoring progress
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
- Plan media deployment in NRI TV plus digital
- Also explore new channels and more creative ways to target our TG in the global markets
Experience/Skill Spike
- MBA/Master's degree from Tier 1, Tier 2 B school
- Overall years of experience should be at least 5-6 years of work experience across marketing (preferably experience in an FMCG)
- Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
- Looking for talent with - owners mindset, passion, and agility
