Overview - Our very own sharpshooters who ensure that the profile acquisition metrics are always in the green. Here is what we look for in our leaders

Role - This position will serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for the performance of all Shaadi.com earned media (i.e. Ranking on the web/stores, SERP snippets, Guest Blogs, Newsletters, etc.)and also for the acquisition of thousands of users every day from multiple paid sources within India for Shaadi.com.

What you will do in this role

- Search: Drive organic search traffic to thousands of web landing pages and hundreds of store listing pages using a variety of on-page (tags, content, architecture, speed, etc.) and off-page (link building, authority, etc.) tactics, commonly known as SEO & ASO.

- Discovery: Drive organic discovery / exploration traffic by implementing content marketing & influencer marketing tactics on sources like Blogs, Social Networks, Youtube, Quora, ECommerce Sites, TikTok, Taboola, etc.

- Email Marketing: Develop email marketing as a channel for acquiring / activating new users. (This is not product marketing or transactional email).

- Deliver volume, quality, TAT & cost outcomes (in accordance with quarterly OKRs) for paid user acquisition (i.e.advertising) within India.

- Stay ahead of the curve by tracking metrics, analyzing data, identifying emergent trends, researching competitive activity & presenting insights.

- Continuously improve & help make Shaadi9s Digital Marketing team a center of excellence by aggressively adopting automation and dashboarding

- Should have good knowledge of Client acquisition based on paid media

What you should have

- Strong understanding of the earned media landscape with 7-9 years of demonstrable experience in SEO, ASO , content marketing and paid acquisition experience for consumer brands in India, especially UAC.

- MBA from IIM/ISB/SP Jain

- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Search Console, Webmaster console, Moz, Google Play Console, Apple Developer account, App Annie and email marketing tools.

- Strong natural curiosity, problem-solving abilities, statistical foundations, research skills, growth mindset and high work ethic.

- Strong negotiation skills to close media deals & alliances

- Must be a strong team player with the ability to manage multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure

- Proven track record of delivering tangible results on awareness and brand health Brownie Points

- Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, speaking, and collaboration skills

- Direct work experience in a top consumer internet company in India

- Some knowledge of SQL
