Qualified CA / MBA Finance with minimum 5 to 9 yrs of experience
Principal duties and responsibilities :
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Ensure Payroll Management
- Reduce billing cycles
- Reducing interest component by 30-40%
- Representing the company at various authorities
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements- high MIS visibility
- Ensure Compliances and Statutory reportings- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Manage and comply with local, state, and central government reporting requirements and tax filings- PF/ESIC, taxes- GST, Income Tax, TDS etc. in coordination with various department
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls - an ability to integrate sales, recovery process.
