SFDC Technology Manager

Good experience in managing/leading Sales Force team

Must have exposure in managing/leading Sales Force Team. Manager should be technically strong and hands on technology to extent of guiding the team members in solutioning.

2. Must have excellent knowledge in SFDC objects and architecture, should be able to guide technical team to accomodate business objectives.

3. Should have good understanding on SFDC integrations, security and available channles.

4. Sales Force Developer certification is mandetory, Advanced developer certification is preffered.

5. Must look at the big picture and be able to define production support model.

6. Must have experience in managing Sales Force development and support teams.

7. Should be good at process management. Should have experience in implementing process - ( preferably both but atleast one of waterfall development methodology and AGILE methodologies).

8. Good people development skills. Ability to guide team members in their development and career growth. Handle conficts within the team amicably.

9. The person must be able to provide direction to the teams in India and be able to manage teams in multiple locations.

10. Good communication skills
