About the job:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with 4+ years of proven expertise in managing complex projects across diverse teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations, and deliver high-quality results.

As a Project Manager at Setoo Solution, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while maintaining a strong focus on team collaboration, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination:

- Develop and execute detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, resources, budgets, and timelines.

- Define project deliverables and ensure alignment with client and organizational goals.

- Monitor project progress, handle any deviations, and take corrective actions to stay on track.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Development, QA, and other departments) to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

- Delegate tasks, set expectations, and ensure that teams remain focused and motivated.

- Facilitate internal and external team meetings to foster collaboration and ensure progress.

Risk and Issue Management:

- Proactively identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success.

- Develop risk mitigation strategies and escalate issues when needed.

- Resolve conflicts quickly, efficiently, and fairly to keep projects on track.

Budget and Financial Management:

- Oversee project budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure that all projects are completed within the defined budget.

- Provide clear and regular budget updates to stakeholders, including cost projections and resource allocation.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.

- Maintain open, transparent, and consistent communication with stakeholders through regular reports, meetings, and updates.

- Track project milestones, document progress, and highlight any challenges.

Quality Control & Deliverables:

- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

- Coordinate with QA teams to conduct testing and verification, ensuring products are delivered as planned.

- Oversee the final project handover and closure process, ensuring that all documentation is complete.

Post-Project Evaluation & Improvement:

- Conduct retrospectives and feedback sessions to identify lessons learned.

- Implement continuous improvement strategies for future project management processes.

- Encourage team members to contribute feedback for project enhancements.

Qualifications:

- Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.

Experience:

- 4+ years of experience in project management, ideally within the IT or tech industry.

- Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).

- Expertise in using project management tools like Jira, MS Project, and other collaboration tools.

Skills & Competencies:

- Leadership: Ability to lead teams effectively and inspire them towards project success.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot problems quickly.

- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Client-Focused: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Decision Making: Strong decision-making skills with the ability to navigate complex project situations
