(Sony Entertainment Network)   Role Overview  The incumbent will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in the Research Strategy for the Channel.  Key Responsibilities  Overall  - Responsible for managing consumer research to aid business decisions and channel growth.   - Manage and execute Research projects( Both Qualitative & Quantitative) from start to end, and being able to analyse and interpret consumer research to aid business decision making.   - Ensuring and constantly monitoring the business landscape through key metrics. Provide inputs for prioritizing markets,target segments & product concepts.   - Constantly monitoring competition and keeping a track of the latest trends and changes in the industry.   - Feedback of research output to the programming team for devising programming strategy.   - Key inputs to scheduling and planning teams for strategic planning.   Qualifications/ Requirements:   - Candidate should have 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in a Research and/or Strategic Planning role.   - Have a head for numbers and possess high level of proficiency in Microsoft excel, power point presentations and analytical tools.   - Should have the analytical ability to transfer data into insights.   - Should be proactive and show initiative to go beyond defined work deliverables.  - Candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills.   - Candidate should be organized and process driven with a sense of goal achievement.
