WHAT YOU- LL DO
- Define overall social media strategy for all channels. This includes ORM, Brand Led Social Content and community management.
- Understand branding requirements & create copy based around it.
- Manage social media campaigns and be in charge of their production and publication and day to day activities.
- Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, blogs, video and written).
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a - Social- way.
- Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.
- Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
- Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each reviews.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
- Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW/HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in Social Media Management and/or marketing management in a fast paced environment
- Experience within consumer interactive startup.
- Experience in social media listening, insights tools, analytics, reporting
- Experience in leveraging social media with consumer support, and working with consumer support teams
- Adaptable to change and ability to execute quickly
- Strong conceptual thinker, someone who understands the trends and is up to date with the current social media landscape.
