Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic-minded Associate Vice President (AVP) Corporate Strategy to lead the formulation and execution of long-term business strategies that will drive sustainable growth, enhance profitability, and secure a strong competitive advantage. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of the renewable energy and EV markets, expertise in business transformation, strong financial modelling and analytical skills, and exceptional stakeholder management capabilities. The AVP will work closely with the leadership team to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, optimize operational efficiencies, and steer the organization toward its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning & Execution:


- Develop and execute comprehensive corporate strategies to achieve revenue growth, market leadership, and long-term sustainability.


- Lead the development of the strategic roadmap, aligning with Servotech's vision and mission.


- Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and achievement of targets.


Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification:


- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats (Exicom, Delta, Tirex, Okaya), and growth opportunities in the EV and renewable energy sectors.


- Evaluate the potential for new products, services, and markets, including expansion into related areas (e.g., energy storage, smart grid solutions).


Business Transformation & Operational Efficiency:


- Identify and drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, optimize business processes, and enhance organizational effectiveness.


- Lead business transformation projects, including digital transformation and process re-engineering.


Financial Modeling & Analysis:


- Develop complex financial models to evaluate the financial viability of strategic initiatives, investments, and partnerships.


- Conduct financial forecasting and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.


Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):


- Evaluate potential M&A opportunities, conduct due diligence, and manage the integration process.


Stakeholder Management & Communication:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, partners, and employees.


- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to the leadership team and the board of directors.


Performance Monitoring & Reporting:


- Establish KPIs and metrics to track the progress and impact of strategic initiatives.


- Prepare regular reports for senior management and the board of directors.


Qualifications:


- Education: MBA or Master's degree in a related field (Finance, Economics, Strategy).


Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, business planning, or management consulting, with a significant portion of that experience in the renewable energy, EV, or technology sectors.


- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies.


- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the renewable energy and EV markets, including key trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.


- Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen, including financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis skills.


- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and draw meaningful insights.


- Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.


- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.


- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Experience in a leadership role within a publicly listed company.


- Experience in M&A transactions.
