Key Responsibilities:


The purpose of this sales position is to generation new sales in contact center/CX-related products and services for direct and partner-generated opportunities. The AE is expected to take complete and independent ownership of their assigned portfolio/geography, including prospecting, account development and overall management. This individual should be skilled at consultative selling of complex and strategic contact center solutions, effectively leveraging all sales channels and partners as necessary.

- Excellent consultative & relationship selling skills.


- Outstanding communication and organization.


- Self-starter with ability to build relationships, communicate product knowledge, and close deals.


- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely and effectively across departments and levels of an organization.


- Proven track record in developing relationships with customers and vendors, and ability to translate client business needs into solutions.


- Preferred candidate will have prior experience selling advanced technology solutions from Cisco, CXone, Genesys, Google CCAI, Avaya, Nuance and Amazon Connect.


Sales Execution:


- Consultative sales approach


- New Logo hunting focus and experience


- Seasoned in working with/through the CX OEM partner ecosystem


- Maintain a targeted understanding of customers business showing the ability to establish customer needs, and buying cycles, and creating strong relationships to drive sales and repeat business effectively.


- Meet or exceed annual sales top-line revenue and margin goals defined by management.


- Drive profitably and grow revenue for target accounts in partnership with the inside sales team.


- Adhere to Servion sales process, including but not limited to pipeline development and accurate forecasting via internal tools.


- Responsible for accurate forecasting of all new and existing business in your portfolio.


- Responsible for contracting, negotiation, and deal closure.


Account Management:


- Manage individual sales objectives including necessary activities to support sales goals.


- Develop and maintain solid business relationships with the various stakeholders at all levels at each target account.


- Manage ongoing assigned customer account relationships.


- Collaborate with internal resources on quoting, procurement and delivery processes.


- Develop strategic account plans & related action


Required Skills:


- Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent experience and/or military experience.


- 8+ years of CX/SI related enterprise contact center solutions sales experience


- AI solution sales experience preferred
