Client Details : Our client is in the top Petcare Startup companies in the India. They have a strong presence with great established brands. They are growing at a very fast pace in the Indian markets. They are looking for someone who can contribute to/head their Services team.

Description :

- Develop service strategy for Pet Care business.

- Responsible for developing roadmap for service delivery to Pets.

- Plan, identify and upgrade service providers like Vets, Trainers, Groomers etc . Plan service agreements with them, develop and get adherence to standard process and systems for services, maintain a good working relationship with Veterinarians. Overseeing the development of training for service providers.

- Lead the standardization ,system and process for services through appointment of right talent , proper training on subject etc

- Expansion and new acquisition goals in service space, examining growth opportunities, enabling world class customer experience for services

Profile : Minimum 8-10 year in leading team in PET CATEGORY ,able to train and coach team of service providers to drive consumer interface and experience
