Service RM - Bangalore - Banking
- Deliver superior service standards to UHNI / Private clients
- Manage and execute client transactions with respect to banking and investment products. Ensure transactions are completed within audit and compliance standards as well as in a timely manner
- Take ownership of client complaints/queries and collaborate with resolving units to complete the same
- Handle client enquires related to RM's portfolio in a timely and appropriate manner. Aim to resolve the customer's queries at the first instance with accuracy and correctness.
- Responsible for execution of service requests, instructions and account opening and ensuring that the same is processed within TAT
- Zero discrepancies on documents for all account opening and account instructions.
- Ensuring the highest standards of customer service in terms of timeliness and customer experience
- Responsible for migration of service requests to the digital mode wherever applicable
- Responsible for completion of welcome calls allocated with 48 hours of allocation
- Responsible to contact all Private Clients once in a month for service requirements or feedback.
- Adherence to service parameters i.e. FTR, TAT, NPS.
- Responsible for communication to clients on the fulfillment of the request.
