Service Project Manager
Location : Bengaluru
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Driving day-to-day project management operations executions from machine arrival to project closing including managing claims
- Ensuring project execution & Company quality standards in front of the client, projects profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Assuming responsibility for all project related facets
- Acting as interface for service related topics between Company and the customer
- Providing feedback regarding process & quality improvement
- Take responsibility for cost management, change management, warranty management, reporting, and resource management of projects
- Ensuring the interdisciplinary cooperation of the relevant internal departments
- Cooperating closely with Company Sales team
Requirements:
- Technical university degree or sound knowledge of engineering acquired through a technical apprenticeship or technician degree
- Several years of experience in the service department or project management or similar professional experience in a similar environment
- Customer-orientated thinking and acting, analytical, systematic, and result-oriented approach to work
- Demonstrating a high level of initiative
- Experience in managing escalations
- Ability to work in teams and to communicate professionally
- Organizational talent and assertiveness
- Excellent command of the English language
- MS Office and SAP skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Awareness for cultural aspects
