Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for call center queries and complaints regarding Mortgage products
- Responsible for handling senior management escalations
- Responsible for handling RBI cases/ court cases/ ombudsman cases etc.
- Responsible for internal functional departments and business for effective & smooth implementation of product/process development and improvement initiatives
Key skills & Competencies :
- MBA from tier 1/2 institute
- Experience in service industry handling customers directly. (not necessarily BFSI)
- Strong Relationship & Customer service orientation
- Good Communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders
