- Branch Service Manager

- KPI parameters understanding & achievement of key partners

- Building ASC capacity and capability

- Creating ROI plans for the ASCs and ensuring profitability is achieved by all ASCs basis inputs provided.

- Regular audit of ASC in lieu with standard operating procedures given. Documentation and process verification.

- Recommending ASC expansion / separation related decisions depending on performance and the market needs

- Monitor KPI that ASMs support ASC in long term problem solving / root cause wherever required.
