- Responsible for managing cross-functional, full lifecycle service delivery for customers across all the industries.

- Manages a services team comprised of Solution Engineers,Technical Project Managers, Solutions Architects, and Engagement Managers.

- Works closely with our Customer Care organization for technical and business support.

- To deliver world class service and to drive customer satisfaction

- Proactively drive initiatives to improve the pre-sales and service delivery capabilities of the service team to improve customer satisfaction.

- Bachelor’s / Master's in science or technology related environment.

- 5 years of team management experience.

- 2 years managing large organizations and managing leads/managers strongly preferred.

- Significant experience in technology, with demonstrated aptitude for technology at business and technical level.

- Demonstrated operations and organization skills implementing and driving best practices in multi-office, cross functional organizations.

- Extensive expertise supporting enterprise customers & creating service/support strategies.
