We have an opportunity for a Service Line Lead - Software Development (Microsoft/ Java) for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.

Job Description:

- Support Pre-Sales, Delivery, Operations, Practice/Competency Development for CSD (Custom software development - Microsoft/ Java)

- Respond to RFI / RFP / Opportunities and facilitate the sales process, resulting in successful leads and winning proposals

- Overall Bid management along with Sales Executive

- Coordinate the opportunity assessment process, solution and deal reviews

- Adhere to review and other internal processes

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead the solution and estimation and pricing on bids

- Work with teams for solution designing

- Collaborate with solution architects and technical consultants for preparing appropriate response to RFP documents

- Lead proposal presentation and defence

- Building lasting client relationships resulting in add-on sales

- Strong solution content on CSD Technology stack

- Provide inputs for preparation of winning sales plans

- Operations

- People Management - career planning, performance, productivity, retention

- Ensure competency building

- Manage Staffing efficiency and utilization

- Pyramid management

- Lead project teams to deliver end to end project assignments successfully

- Project KPI management

- Work closely with BU and Sales leads

- Build the GTM service offering

- Build reusable components and accelerators

- Build project management community

- Service line KPI management

Required Skills:

- Experience of managing large practices and competencies

- End to end delivery experience

- Well-versed with tools and methods in delivery / estimations

- Client facing, people management and leadership skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work well with teams and being a good individual as well as team player

- Strong knowledge of CSD and its solution stack

- Commercial and business acumen

- Good delivery or pre-sales background having demonstrated experience in managing projects

- Ability to respond to RFP and estimation capabilities

- Must possess drive to take new challenges and flexible to work and travel

- Work experience with Indian customers in project role will be added advantage
