Service Head (Pan India Role)
We need to hire a support head who has anywhere from 10 to 15 years experience. Should have been in a key role in after-sales support in either an OEM like TVS, Bajaj, Yamaha, Honda Scooters etc or in a Tier 1 supplier of a major component (engine, shock absorber, ECU, brakes, gearbox/transmission) like Bosch, Anand Group, Rane Group, or other such. He could also have handled service centers for any of these OEMs. He should have had at least one tenure supporting a 3 Wheeler Service Network.
He will be the person to get first information of any issues and provide immediate support to the OEM and/or the vehicle driver.
He will establish the support systems, protocols, team, etc.
Eventually, we would like him to grow to head the team that trains the OEM teams in supporting their customers, and monitor their effectiveness, adherence to standards etc.
