Profile - Service Design Manager
Location - Mumbai and Hyderabad
Experience -6 to 9 years of experience in service designing

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Service Design processes end to end across different projects - design research, analysis and synthesis, ideation, prototyping and delivery.
- Understand user needs, business requirements and context for innovation through various Design Thinking methods.
- Passionate about service design and user centred design.
- An expert in using service design methods and tools and collaborating with other disciplines.
- Always looking for more effective ways to increase the impact of your work and you have demonstrably created real business impact with it.
- Capable to manage your own workload and flexible to adapt to changing demands.
- Co-create innovative concepts and solutions with multiple stake holders such as Design researchers, Interaction designers, Developers, Business Leaders and other process partners in the pharmaceutical ecosystem.
- Lead and perform customer research; plan, conduct and document interviews; lead workshop planning and facilitation; support "sense-making" and synthesis activities
- Drive the process of co-creation, and take the lead in elaboration of. ideas, concepts, journeys, blueprints; drive development and testing of prototypes; develop high quality presentations.
Required Experience and Hard Skills:
- Masters in Service Design and have 6+ years of experience or maybe a Bachelors in a related discipline and have 8+years of experience in the field with either an agency or on the "client side".
- Ability to work both independently and in close co-creation with others; to take decisions when needed and be able to create synergy in a diverse team, with specific roles and towards a common goal.
- Proficient in various software packages plus adeptness at learning new digital tools quickly; an overall affinity with the digital domain
- Ability to be "mentally agile"; to analyze, reframe and think on both a holistic and a detailed level; to think through human and rational lenses, being able to switch between the two, and know when to switch.
- Ability to lead facilitation, and be "on stage" in the context of a stakeholder workshop, training or public talk; ability to capture an audience, persuade and inspire.
- Ability to organise one's own and others' work efficiently to deliver desired quality and timeliness; ability to juggle tasks and elegantly re-plan when required.
- Above average visual skills; thinking visually and great at visualising and prototyping, with well-developed graphic skills.
Required Soft Skills:
- Great verbal/written communication in English and other local languages.
- Storytelling skills with the ability to successfully articulate design concepts to your team and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and willingness to apply hands on approach.
- A team player with proven experience in working with cross functional teams while applying user centred design processes.
- Indicators of creative thinking through write ups, thesis, blogs or other such source.
- Eager to learn and keep up to date with new developments such as new tools, technologies and trends in the design space.
- You are keen to expand your horizon and grow professionally and personally by taking on larger, more demanding and different design challenges. We are looking for curiosity, enthusiasm, energy and a can-do design thinkers mentality.
- Ability to work within constraints, and adaptability to changing circumstances.
