Experience -
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Service Function of Analytical Instruments or any other industry dealing with sophisticated and high tech equipment.
Qualification - Diploma in Instrumentation / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / M.B.A

- Manage the team of Field Service Specialists and monitor the quality of Service Delivery of their respective Product Lines.
- To monitor and control the Spare Parts consumption of units under Warranty and Comprehensive Contracts.
- To monitor Response Time / Down Time region wise, Product Line wise, Model wise and move the right resources for improving the same and establishing new bench marks.
- To monitor the effectiveness of Remote Resolution per product line and plan for improvement.
- To coordinate with Regional Service Managers to ensure that all Key Accounts are given a Quarterly Update on the performance of PE units
- To coordinate with Training/Talent manager to ensure no gaps in skill set requirements across the country
- To monitor overdue open calls and installations and take actions to close them.
- To monitor and facilitate quick resolution of escalated calls.
- To monitor and coordinate with Logistics to ensure availability of critical spare parts in the country.
- Plan for proper resources and training for all New Products being launched.
