You will be responsible for managing Data Science & Analytics hiring to support business growth and future capabilities. You will develop & manage procedures and policies, working together with various internal and external sources to screen, source and fulfill hiring needs. You will manage internal and external stakeholder relationships in addition to guiding, supporting, and developing a recruitment team through a business partnership and relationship management mindset. You should be able to demonstrate strong leadership capability, with a strong operational mindset, intimately understanding the business and talent landscape, possess exceptional decision-making and problem-solving, and can navigate ambiguous situations and thriving in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
o Recruit, lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
o Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and deliverables.
o Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
2. Recruitment Deliverables:
o Devise sourcing strategy & recruit using multiple channels - agencies, job boards, referrals, campaigns basis generic, niche & super niche skills we hire.
o Serve as a trusted business partner to the GCoE Business Leadership Team, offering counsel, expertise collaboration, and in depth understanding of business variables in relation with TA function
o Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice from a recruiting lens including building affinity, sourcing, training, and selection strategies.
o Lead with data, providing recruiting status reports and communications to senior leadership and key business partners/cross functional business partners.
3. Process Adherence and Efficiency:
o Ensure process adherence and develop checks & balances to ensure accuracy and consistency. o Continuously evaluate and improve hiring practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
o Monitor data performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
o Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and provide required insights.
o Act as a point of contact for hiring inquiries and needs, addressing concerns and providing timely updates.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
5. Training and Development:
o Identify training needs within the team and develop appropriate training programs.
o Provide coaching and feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth.
o Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in hiring for data management, sharing knowledge with the team.

- Project management experience is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, computer science, business analytics, or related field.
- 12+ years' experience in a Talent Acquisition with minimum 5+ years in a team management role.
Position Hierarchy:
- Position will report into BL / SBL Human Resources.
