Overview of department/function:
- Looking for a highly talented individual who can work to the highest professional standards to join team. Establish the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, practices and policies monitor and analyze risks within the company's business units and reports on these risks to the management.
- Ensures the organization's risk management policies and strategies are following applicable regulations, rating agency standards and strategic imperatives of the organization.
- Chairs or provides key inputs into the company's enterprise risk or other committee that oversees the enterprise risk management process and ensures alignment with organizational objectives.

Primary Responsibilities :
- Designing and implementing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
- Lead day-to-day execution of Enterprise Risk Management services for stakeholders/ clients across various business units/ functions. This includes evaluating and designing governance frameworks and risk management programs, assessing governance and risk management effectiveness, designing risk and compliance reporting frameworks, conducting leading practice reviews, developing training programs and supporting companies' transformation of their enterprise risk management programs.
- Information/documentation on risk scenarios collected and reviewed in accordance with established procedures agreed timeframes.
- Key Risk Indicators (KPIs) collected, validated and monitored in accordance with agreed standards and timeframes.
- Strategic and Operational Risk Register updated and maintained in accordance recognized risk management principles and timeframes.
- Provide analytical support to develop and implement formal ERM methodologies including the identification, assessment, prioritization, tracking, mitigation, and reporting of risks.
- Design and develop risk assessments, surveys, dashboards, scorecards and reports using appropriate metrics (key risk indicators, loss event data, emerging risks, control effectiveness) to support the executive team in its evaluation and reporting of enterprise risk.
- Work across multi-domain, multi-function, multi-location & multi-culture teams.
- Participate in organization programs, M&A support etc. and develop programs.
- Listen to stakeholders/ client needs and apply collaborative critical thinking to solve complex problems and lead presentations with senior leadership and the board.
- Coach, mentor, and train staff on ERM practices as well as other team members; Assist in the management of the overall engagement including making plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Collaborating, communicating and partnering with business owners, stakeholders & other partners to be identify, scope, analyze and execute ERM Strategies and programs.
- Ability to draft long-term ERM strategies in consultation with business team to deliver maximum results.
- Work across multi-domain, multi-function, multi-location & multi-culture teams.
- Develop & Rollout ERM trainings.
Desired Skills And Competencies:
- Minimum 12 years of experience with relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management, risk strategy, stakeholder management, working with multiple stakeholders, performing business or/and process deep dive to effectively identify enterprise level risks.
- Exceptional understanding of ERM framework design, implementation, and ongoing management
- Exceptionally well in documentation, presentation, and presentation delivery
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills with ability to effectively communicate across all levels of an organization and outside company.
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving and presentation/report writing skills, combined with a good understanding of business dynamics and enterprise/ strategic risk value drivers.
- Highly motivated, committed, and flexible; Able to deal with changing priorities and strict deadlines.
- The ability to navigate through complexity and ambiguity environment.

Licenses/Certificates:
- Any relevant certification, degree in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
- Excellent practical knowledge and experience in ERM, Risk Assessment & mitigation etc.
- Good understanding of latest tech/tools used in Enterprise-wide risk management.
- Excellent on data analysis, interpretation, due diligence, risk assessment, stakeholder management and problem-solving.
- 12+ years of work experience with at least 6-8 years of solid work experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) including ERM design and implementation.
- Preference would be given to those with ERM experience in Insurance, BFSI sector.
