Service Delivery Manager - SAP AMS

We have an opportunity for an Service Delivery Manager- SAP AMS for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.

- 13+ Years of SAP Experience in IT consulting, out of which at least 5-7 years in Application management

- Should have lead medium/large (50-100) AM Engagements as Delivery Manager

- Should have managed SAP Application Management projects

- Should have managed P&L

- Has ability to transition work from customer / onsite teams to offshore

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and Third parties

- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

- Direct Interaction with customers

- Status Reporting to customer Metrics and Measurements

- Expert on ITIL processes - Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Release Management

- Contribute and own RFPs, Proposals and Solutions

- Up to date with market trends and solutions for Application Management services
