Service Delivery Manager - SAP

We have a leadership opportunity for Service Delivery Manager (SAP) with one of our client for Mumbai location.

Job Description:

- E2E delivery management for a large program engagement Skills Service Delivery Manager

- Will be responsible for e2e delivery management for a large program engagement ;

- Participate in creating proposals deal reviews and making presentations to the clients;

- Delight clients with our delivery and continuous improvements on delivery process quality and productivity;

- Conduct periodic delivery reviews identify issues and resolve them advise on risks and suggest corrective actions;

- Manage and improve offshore cost of delivery and contribution margins;

- Work with onsite delivery executives and transform delivery;

- Work with client executives and enhance offshore business;

- Manage team of at least 50 people across accounts with leads PM in each engagement;

- Work with the project leads to build capability plans in line with upcoming requirements;

- Work closely with customer management to understand the business requirement for the projects developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project ;

- Must have managed Large Engagements into Application Management space;

- Must be from SAP Background;

- Senior Leadership Stakeholder Management;

- Good knowledge of Project Management ITIL and CMMI Level 5 processes;
