Service Delivery Manager - Oracle E Business

We have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager - Oracle E Business for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.

Job Description:

- Should have strong experience of managing Oracle E Business suite projects involving BI Applications.

- Experience in Oracle EBS- large Global Implementations/ rollouts

- Will be responsible to manage day to day operations.

- Engage with Domain Leads at Onshore and Offshore Project Manager in day to day planning and deliverables.

- Deliver SLA/KPI obligations inline with contractual needs.

- Team Management/People Management for a team of 30-50 members.

- Should be technically very hands on and provide support to team members as required.

- Minimum 5 years experience in Client Facing role.
