Our world leading MNC client into IT looking for an excellent candidate for the position of Service Delivery Manager.

Role : Service Manager

Minimum Skill Requirement :

Must Have :

- Accountable for the master data entry deliverables and team

- Create and execute resource plans, backup.

- Work with team members and client stakeholders to understand existing processes, tools and SLAs

- Propose and implement future processes, tools and SLAs

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good stakeholder and project management capabilities

Good to Have :

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good Experience in - Transition Services- background.

Total Years of experience : 08 to 10 Years

Relevant Years of experience : 08 - 10 Years

Location : Mumbai

Work timings :

- Monday to Friday, alternate Saturday
