HRO- Service Delivery Manager

- This position is accountable for the operations and Service delivery of Global HRO processes across Recruitment, Payroll, Comp and Benefits, Talent Management.
- Delivery Management, Client Management, Commercials & Quality Assurance will be integral to the role.
- The position ensures quality of services is maintained, client targets are met.
- Ensure agreed Service standards, service level agreements are, met and exceeded.
- Generate revenue opportunities and maximize margin.
- Participate in the establishment and development of operations, leveraging previous (HR outsourcing) experience in order to provide a differentiated service to the client
- Initiate, design and implement business process excellence improvement plans.
- Exhibit awareness of HRO business / industry trends, practices and technology
- Establish and maintain key relationships with the client, team leads and client management, also act as a SME. ( Subject Matter Expert)
- Participate in HRO solution design and presales related activities focusing on building service delivery models in line with Client requirements.
- Should be willing & able to participate in pre-sales work - Responding to RFPs, presentations, client interactions etc.
- Certification related to the HR processes ( Payroll, Comp & Ben, L&D) preferred
- Understanding of Quality concepts/tools is key. ( Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen etc)
- Hands on experience and knowledge of HR systems, tools and technologies ( SAP, Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle, Case management systems, Reporting & Analytics systems)
Total 7 years of work Experience desired with 7 years of relevant HR/HRO experience.
