Job Description :
- Service Delivery Manager shapes New Internal business project demand for Technology Operations services in collaboration with our internal Tech service providers and ensures potential business value from the agreed services to be Recognized, Optimized and Delivered.
- Ensuring clarity of service and deliver priorities that work across the organization and providing single reference point for the rest of organisation to engage and expedite ( from initiation through architect design, operation and closedown)
- Creation of standards ( in conjunction service excellence ) for key focus areas ( eg. KTLO, OBSOLENCE, CAPACITY) and driving grievance thereof
- Evaluate the interfaces with corporate functions
- Engaging across Business verticals and provide adequate support from the Technology teams while ensuring spends within the Budgetary norms.
Qualifications/Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or MBA
- Computer science, economics, finance, or accounting
- Effective communication and strong collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, training, and troubleshooting skills; ability to evaluate and manage client business needs
