- Project Ramp up and Ramp down

- Document and Complaince

- Solution Document, Process Enagagement and Action Trackers

- Sharepoint updated

- External and Customer Audits

- Internal IT Audits - Compliance

- Adherence to organizational governance and guidance

- SDD's and Audits for Service Delivery Group

- Performance Management and Self Development

- Response and Resolution
