We have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager - BI/DWH for one of our client, which provides IT Services including software consulting, enterprise transformation, remote infrastructure management, engineering and R&D services, and business process outsourcing.

Job Description:

Must have good experience in delivering BI/DWH projects

Should have experience of leading production support for BI applications across multiple ETL,BI and DB platforms.

Should be familiar with all levels of support from L1.5(ETL Monitoring ) to L3 (Problem Management,Enhancements).

Should have managed atleast around 100 resources.

Should have managed on 24/7 ASM projects.
