About our Client - A major Investment Banking client of ours, requires a service delivery manager to take the responsibility for the provision of Applications Service Delivery services for their global Middle Office, Risk Management Applications in one of their major trading areas. This is a global client with a increasing footprint of the Indian operations, which is dedicated as their captive technology center.

Job Description - As the service delivery manager, working closely with the Heads of Business Risk & Trade Compliance Managers etc, and reporting to the VP (Technology) to ensure that all of the Application Service, Release and Change Management processes, as provided by a mix of in house and external third party vendors. You will be responsible for:

- Managing operational IT Service Delivery with partners and third parties

- Champion Information Security across the bank, shaping and setting policy and associated standards and best practice

- Manage IT Service Level Agreements

- Ensure all IT services are effectively governed and controlled

- Complete & maintain accurate Management Information reports relating to IT Service and Information Security

- Management of IT budgets, ensuring expenditure is effectively controlled and reported

- Pro actively control and manage risk

The Successful Candidate - In order to be successful in securing this role, candidates must be ITIL certified, (pref v3) and have significant experience in the management of Application Services, with a thorough understanding of the full SDLC gained from within a major Investment Bank, Commodities Trade Floor, Hedge Fund or top tier IT Service Provider, who provides services to the Investment banking sector.
