Education- At least 10-12 years of experience in the field of training of which atleast 2 to 4 years should be in management capacity.
Personnel Management degree, with professional training certification preferred.
Experience in dealing with BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare and Technical segments within ITES preferred.
Position description - Plans, coordinates, and directs personnel training and staff development programs for the business units including training calendars and schedules
Responsible for design, development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of training to meet objectives
Applying expertise in adult learning methodologies, instructional design, elearning platforms and best practices to design training programs that are innovative and compelling while meeting the needs of the organization and its customers and consulting across the company on areas needed.

Desired Qualification- To have indepth knowledge of basic principles of training and developments, methods techniques and tools used in training.
Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance practices and processes Quality background preferred. (Six Sigma, ISO, COPC, or similar discipline)
Certifications/Licenses - Certifications on Learning and development and six sigma
